Hebrews 3:3-6

3For He has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by just so much as the builder of the house has more honor than the house. 4For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. 5Now Moses was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken later; 6but Christ was faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.

Christ built the house, and we are that house. The only members of the house are those of us who accept Jesus as our personal Savior and Lord. Confidence and faith are what keeps us going; don’t lose either. The enemy will throw stuff trying to lower your confidence, but know that God using the Son, Jesus Christ, will overcome all.

1 Corinthians 10:9

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Jesus cannot be manipulated. We are not to even try to manipulate Him. Jesus is God. God knows us and He will bless us if we walk the path He wants for us. Don’t tempt God!

Ephesians 3: 16-19

16that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; 17that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18may be strong to apprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19and to know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God.

If we stay strong in God’s Word and in His Son, Jesus Christ, everything will work in our lives for the best. Sometimes it may not seem the best at the time, but trust God. Months or even years later, you will look back and realize it was the best. God’s love is amazing and He wants His children to have the best of His creations.

2 Timothy 2:15-16

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain utterances: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

There is no shame in the Word of God. We are to have it in our hearts at all times. No debating stupid little things, just sharing the Word.

1 Timothy 2:1-3

1I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings be made for all men; 2for kings and all that are in dignity, that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life in all piety and gravity; 3for this is good and acceptable before our Saviour God

We have to keep all leaders in prayer. Even if we disagree with their views, it is our responsibility to lift them to God. God puts them in seats of power and He takes them away from power. We must allow Him to guide them. Pray for our leaders and know that God IS in control.

1 John 4:1-3

1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2Hereby know you the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

We must be wise in who we believe. The Bible has every answer. If something said or preached doesn’t line up with the Word of God, it is false. Don’t be scared to question if something doesn’t seem right. Look in your Bible. The answers are all there.

Psalm 94:8-11

8Consider, ye brutish among the people; And ye fools, when will ye be wise?

9He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? He that formed the eye, shall he not see?

10He that chastiseth the nations, shall not he correct, Even he that teacheth man knowledge?

11Jehovah knoweth the thoughts of man, That they are vanity.

God sees and knows all, but there are actually people that do not consider that. If we all thought on that simple truth before we said, or did, I believe people would act much differently. How will some answer God at the very end? It is a sad thought that man could be so vain to think that our maker doesn’t know all things.

Matthew 13:52

And he said unto them, Therefore every scribe who hath been made a disciple to the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

We who write, and have been blessed with eternal life through Jesus, have a duty to release the treasures of Heaven. It says we will release treasures both new and old. If we allow the Holy Spirit to use us, this can be done. When God tells you to write, just do it!
