Judges 2: 1-3

//

Now the angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim. And he said, “I brought you up out of Egypt and led you into the land which I have sworn to your fathers; and I said, ‘I will never break My covenant with you, and as for you, you shall make no covenant with the inhabitants of this land; you shall tear down their altars.’ But you have not obeyed Me; what is this you have done? “Therefore I also said, ‘I will not drive them out before you; but they will become as thorns in your sides and their gods will be a snare to you.’”

We often wonder why God allows murders, terrorist activities, and wars. look at this passage; if we as humans would listen and follow the path God tells us to take, all will be well. The Israelites did not follow all that God told them and this is why the world is the way it is. It isn’t all their fault. We all have not listened to God at times and generations to come will pay for our non-adherence. God gave us freewill and in some ways it has made things difficult; not because God gave it to us, but because we use our freewill for greed and our own pride. We all must not blame God…we need to look in the mirror and blame the one who really is at fault. It is my fault Father, and I ask you to step in and fix the screw ups I have made. Praise You God!

Deuteronomy 23:4-5

Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against you Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse you. Nevertheless the LORD your God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD your God turned the curse into a blessing unto you, because the LORD your God loved you.

No matter what others try to do against us, if we are walking in God’s will, He will turn cursing into blessing. He loves us. He wants the very best for us. We must allow Him to be our guide and everything will turn out perfect.

Acts 7:30-35

And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sinai an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush. When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came unto him, Saying, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and dared not behold. Then said the Lord to him, Put off your shoes from your feet: for the place where you stand is holy ground. I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you into Egypt. This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made you a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush.

Y pasados cuarenta años, SE LE APARECIO UN ANGEL EN EL DESIERTO DEL MONTE Sinaí, EN LA LLAMA DE UNA ZARZA QUE ARDIA.

God will use and choose some of the most unlikely people or objects to use. It shows us we are not as smart as we sometimes think we are. God sees our affliction and also hears our groanings. let Him use whom He will to lead us all to the Promised Land. Praise be to Jesus.
