Proverbs 4:5-10

5Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.

6Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.

7Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

8Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.

9She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.

10Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.

5 Adquiere sabiduría, adquiere inteligencia;
8 Estímala, y ella te ensalzará;
ella te honrará si tú la abrazas;
9 guirnalda de gracia pondrá en tu cabeza,
corona de hermosura te entregará.
10 Oye, hijo mío, recibe mis palabras,
y muchos serán los años de tu vida.

These words of proverbs speak for themselves. Wisdom should always be a goal of ours. With wisdom we will survive the obstacles thrown before us. With wisdom, Satan was defeated. God will freely give us wisdom if we seek it. We must first seek it though.

Matthew 23:12

And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Y cualquiera que se ensalce, será humillado, y cualquiera que se humille, será ensalzado.

It is real easy to get caught up in the world’s way of always “patting ourselves on the back”. “Look what I did!” “Look at me!” God blesses us with talents and they all come from Him. We are nothing but dirt without Him. We must always recognize where are blessings come from. Praise You Father God. Praise You Daddy!
